Remote usability testing

In the article “Is there a difference in usability data from remote unmoderated tests and lab-based tests?” Jeff Sauro discusses the differences between the results in usability measures between the two types of tests. Both types of tests were part of the Comparative Usability Evaluation (CUE-8) workshop at on quantitative usability data at the UPA 2009 conference.
